Bathroom Design & Renovation
This was a standard issue 80’s/90’s builder design Master bathroom. Huge corner tub, and a tiny closed in shower stall.
Before:
A pocket door was added.
This view shows exactly where a door swing would have interfered with the design & functionality of the space.
The new shower area was increased to a spacious 4’x5’. A knee wall was added to create a complete niche for the tub.
A curvy, freestanding tub, surrounded by full length silk drapes on the large windows. Topped (of course) with a spectacular silk shaded chandelier. The design plan allowed for a minimum 10” all the way around the tub, making cleaning practical and simple – yes, those details matter!
The 112″ long Custom vanity is finished in BM OC-17 White Dove, topped with a Caesarstone countertop in Organic White.
The wall color is BM 2108-60 Abalone.
